Purchased 9/21/26 - 18 days later still hasn't shipped

Purchase on 9/21/26. Today is 10/9/26 and it still hasn't shipped according to the shipping tracker. No communication. The only contact information I can find it a contact form. We'll see. This is my first order. Not impressed so far.....

Event Venue — I got compliments on the smell!

I have an event center in northwestern Louisiana. I tried wall-mounted and outlet mounted scent diffusers — hard to maintain and pretty expensive. I really questioned whether or not an investment in HVAC mounted scent diffusion would be a good investment, and I think I shopped ALL the brands! I finally just bit the bullet and bought two of the large units for my HVAC systems. I’ve now tried 4 different scents and multiple settings. Today, at a meeting for contract signing, with a bride-to-be, she said that the smell of my event center was actually one of the reasons she selected my venue over all the others; she said her whole family noticed it. Her other “reasons” were my pond and the fountains. The scent is Daydreamer. I took off one star because my deliveries have taken waaay too long, but I did just order again.
